My ambient lighting is only on the passenger side. Should I have lighting on the driver side as well? I do not. I have 2019 x3

IMHO, I don't mind it being on the touch screen as much as the UI, the UI itself is confusing. I had to google the video to see how to manually adjust the flow below and above. Having said that, I would still want physical buttons for temp change and airflow change, the rest can be on the screen

Great video, but what a horrible, horrible mess the system is ! Yes, you can adjust all sorts of stuff if you know how - but ... when you are driving a car without Autopilot ... nuts! On F10, for instance, you want cold air on your face, you slide the adjuster. You can do it blindfold. BMW are taking a wrong turn with a touchscreen interface on a car. They have forgotten the driver!

Yes, you will achieve 21 mpg only if you drive like a grandma does and clog up traffic on the road and are brave enough to ignore all the rolling eyes on you and the middle finger of the drive who jusr cut in front of you.......😅😅😅😅

My neighbour collected a 2024 BMW 128 ti yesterday, the guy at tge Dealership set up some sort of graphics where A line of Cars drive across the Central Display, he really liked that, however his son messed with it and he has lost that cool display. Horrible and disappointing. It is a touch screen, and they still design the settings (Temperature and airflow adjustments ) like physical buttons. It's like the UI/UX designers are from the 70s. Take some notes from Mercedes or Tesla. Especially for the air direction adjustment: If I want the air to blow from top and bottom, I have to circulate through the entire combination to get to that combination... I should be able to click head and feet to turn that direction on or off.
